A nonjudgmental environment is crucial for self-growth, so I encourage clear, open, honest, and supportive communication. Expect me to practice active listening and clarify what is being said. If anything presents a challenge to describe, I will be calm and patient with you.

My journey to mental healthcare

My therapy journey began with a deep curiosity about human emotions and behaviors, coupled with my desire to help others find strength through their challenges and reach their personal goals. I have received the opportunity to support individuals, strengthen relationships with others, and challenge any negative opinions of themselves.

My goals for you

Therapy is about working as a team. Together, we will identify reachable goals that matter and establish a plan that works best for you. Goals can change throughout the sessions. Remember, this is your time to better yourself. I am here to support you and provide you with tools you can use to move you closer to where you want to be.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We will discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It is normal to feel nervous about your first appointment. I commit to making this process as comfortable as possible.
