My path into this field began with a desire to challenge the systems that harm people and a commitment to helping others recognize the strength they already have. What keeps me here is witnessing resilience in real time and holding onto the belief that it gets better for you.

My goals for you

I primarily use trauma-informed CBT, along with DBT and narrative therapy, to help you understand your patterns and build practical coping skills that support goals that matter to you.
