I help clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, and abuse. I create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling life and take the first steps towards change. My approach

I blend elements from different approaches and tailor treatment to your needs. I primarily use DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EFT. Each approach has unique benefits, and I select what will help you most.

My communication style

I provide an encouraging environment where you learn to believe in yourself, speak up, and challenge negative thought processes. I use humor to create a relaxed, comfortable space where you can feel at ease.

I enjoy working one-on-one with individuals and teaching healthy skills that enrich lives. I find fulfillment in seeing people grow, believe in themselves, and experience day-to-day change.
