In working with me, you will find a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space to be yourself. I believe in being down-to-earth and approachable to build trust and good alliances with those I treat. Without this, therapy cannot be effective.

My journey to mental healthcare

As someone who has struggled with depression since adolescence, I have always had a desire to help give others the sense of support that I never had. I strive to show up for my clients the way I wish someone had shown up for me. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and I want to be able to show it to you!

My goals for you

I utilize a collaborative approach in developing treatment goals. I want you to feel empowered in your treatment by being able to identify what you want to work on, along with my professional guidance. I believe this also fosters increased motivation and trust.

Our first session

I want to get to know more about you. I will help guide you through identifying your symptoms and exploring what you are looking for out of treatment. I simply ask questions and let you do the talking. Nobody knows your story better than you!
