My approach is client-focused and tailored to meet individual needs. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, chronic pain, issues of the aging and elderly, and life changes. I look forward to providing services and helping clients improve their lives.

My focus

My focus is primarily on providing services to adults with a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, and adjustment-type issues. I focus on those with mild to moderate mental health concerns and would be happy to evaluate any other concerns.

My approach

I use a cognitive behavioral approach but vary what the client needs depending on the situation.

My communication style

I like to create a collaborative environment where we both feel comfortable sharing and talking about issues. Therapy is uniquely individual and some relationships can take time to develop.

I feel passionate about helping others and love to see when clients are able to make small changes that lead to life improvements.

My goals for you

My approach is to meet the client where they are in life and build from there. Clients may have varying degrees of motivation: working together on client's goals and what they want to achieve is extremely important. Goals may be specific and measurable to assess for progress.

Our first session

An open communication to see if the fit is good for both of us would be the first session. Client goals for therapy and a description of what that may look like can help the client determine if this is the correct route.
