My journey to mental healthcare

My path has been nonlinear, shaped by deep curiosity about human experience, loss, altered states, and meaning-making. That journey informs how I practice: I don't just know this work academically. I've lived close to the questions my clients bring.

My goals for you

By helping you get underneath the story to what's actually happening in your body, your patterns, your relationships. We work experientially, not just analytically, so insight becomes something you feel and can act on, not just understand.

Our first session

Conversational and unhurried. I want to understand what brought you here and what you're hoping for, but also just get a felt sense of who you are. There's no intake script. By the end, you'll know whether this feels like the right fit.
