I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I currently provide therapy services to clients in California via Telehealth. In my practice, I typically work with young adults who may be struggling with daily stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, boundary setting, and social and life stressors. My clients often want to work on triggers related to challenges with family dynamics, daily stressors, and relationship conflict.

My approach to therapy is a combination of empathy, validation, and evidence-based practices. I implement a variety of theoretical approaches to create a tailored and client-centered therapeutic experience that promotes growth and change. Therapeutic modalities I often utilize include: CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
