My approach

I combine evidence-based therapies with a compassionate and client-centered approach, empowering and supporting you toward healing and change. I utilize Attachment-based therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, EMDR, Emotionally-Focused therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Mindfulness-based therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up, I've always loved helping others. My journey as a therapist began once I discovered the powerful healing that can be achieved within therapy. Upon completing my master's degree, I worked in community mental health, where I provided individual therapy (children, teens, adults, and older adults), couples therapy, and family therapy.

Our first session

In our first session, I help you feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe. We'll go over informed consent and expectations of treatment. There will be questions and information gathering to help me understand you while providing insight into the function of your experiences.
