My journey to mental healthcare

I've learned that difficulties in life can be isolating. When we have someone we can trust and feel safe with, we can feel a little less lonely. I aspire to be that person and walk alongside others in their most vulnerable moments, offering compassion, tools, and guidance without taking over their journey.

My goals for you

I create a supportive environment by building trust in a nonjudgmental, empathetic relationship that allows you to explore difficult emotions and experiences. I provide validation and encouragement to reinforce self-esteem and promote resilience. We track progress with regular check-ins and adapt strategies as your needs evolve.

Our first session is about getting to know one another and exploring what brought you to therapy. You've found someone who will walk with you, not behind or ahead of you, but with you. No pressure or expectations. Just presence.
