My journey to mental healthcare
I'm a first-generation immigrant and I have experienced a lot of adversity growing up. I often question my biases, and I enter therapy as a “blank slate,” in which I learn directly from the client, without preconceived notions. I'm interested in reducing the stigma of mental health treatment, and advocating for my clients.
