I work together with my clients to explore dynamics related to depression, anxiety, relationship complications, boundary issues, cultural conflicts, health problems, financial worries, social media anxiety, and unexpected life changes. I accept clients up to 75 years old.

I use a combination of techniques, including Psycho-Dynamic, Cognitive Theories, Solution-Focused models, Mindfulness, Culturally Sensitive, and Strength-Based environments.

In our sessions, I strive to create a culturally sensitive, humanistic, and strength-based environment. My communication style is eclectic, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Cognitive Processing (CPT), Compassion-Focused, Gestalt, and Interpersonal Approaches to foster growth and change.
