I focus on respect, dignity, and self-determination. I want you to feel seen, heard, and respected by providing a safe space to explore anything and everything. I enjoy collaborating with you in a therapeutic alliance to establish goals and work together towards achieving them.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist started as a client. I remember thinking that if I could help people the way my therapist had helped me, I would have a good life. I believe I am living that good life now, enjoying my practice and serving my clients.

My goals for you

I am most interested in what you want to achieve through therapy. By establishing your goals, we can measure progress towards achieving them. Your goals can be refined, changed, and added as therapy continues. I routinely check in to make sure we're heading in the right direction together.

Our first session

In our first session, after establishing informed consent and discussing confidentiality and safety planning, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. We'll then produce a treatment plan with goals for therapy. Finally, we'll answer any questions and discuss techniques and practices so you know what to expect.
