I have a gentle but direct approach. My style is warm, honest, and empowering. I create a supportive and honest space where you can be fully yourself. I help clients reconnect with their strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop tools to move forward with confidence and self-trust.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path began in 2005, helping youth and families in crisis. Over the years, I found deep purpose in supporting others through life’s transitions. As a therapist, my passion is empowering people to heal, rediscover hope, and know they have the power to create change.

My approach for setting treatment goals with clients is to collaborate and start by identifying values, challenges, and desired outcomes. Together, we set clear, realistic goals and develop strategies to help clients build confidence, resilience, and sustainable change.

Our first session

Clients should expect a welcoming space to share their story and clarify what brings them to therapy. We’ll explore your goals, discuss what’s been getting in the way, and begin building a plan that supports your emotional growth and healing. Therapy with me is a space to feel seen, supported, and strengthened.
