My goal is to provide support during your most trying times. I work with children, adults, and families in crisis. Asking for help is a strength, not a weakness. Being strong enough to seek emotional support is something to be proud of. I enjoy building relationships with my clients while supporting them on their journey.
My focus
I work with diverse populations across various settings. I especially enjoy working with families experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety, as welcoming a child can be overwhelming and stressful. I help families navigate those first weeks and months. I also support families through infant and pregnancy loss, including stillbirth.
My approach
My approach is client-centered, allowing for growth, healing, and understanding. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and a Strengths-Based Approach to help you move forward.
