As an LCSW, I provide a safe, supportive space for clients to explore and heal by being warm, engaging, and curious. I help people navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma, guiding them toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and emotional well-being.
My focus
I enjoy working with adults who are feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed by life changes. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, or the effects of past trauma. I also work with couples who are struggling with communication issues by being a neutral third party.
My approach
I use an eclectic approach to therapy. I do not have an adherence to a specific approach but rather use a variety of techniques from different therapeutic frameworks to tailor to everyone's individual needs.
