My focus

I am privileged to work with youth and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, trauma, and LGBTQ+ issues.

My approach

I come from the school of philosophy that the client should always be the center of care. I am dedicated to recognizing the unique individual for who they are and meeting them where they are at, on their mental health journey.

My communication style

I encourage open communication with a direct approach within sessions. I highly value and encourage transparent communication. I would describe myself as calm and patient. I work hard to help you to feel safe within sessions.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with identifying how unserved my community was with basic resources, medical care, and mental health care. I became a Therapist to serve individuals in need and help them gain better tools and insights to better themselves.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We can explore any nervous feelings you may have, and I will move at a pace that is comfortable for you.
