Welcome! I am passionate about supporting individuals and families on their journey to wellness and connection.

My focus

I am a PCIT, which enables me to effectively work with children (ages 2-7) and their caregivers. I also work with older children, adolescents, and young adults and specialize in anxiety/stress and have experience working with depression, trauma, grief/loss, adjustment difficulties, relationship issues, and parent-child conflict.

My approach

I utilize evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique needs. I most frequently use techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. With children ages 2-7, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy is my preferred approach to therapy.

My approach is warm and empathetic, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. To promote growth, I like to challenge clients to reach attainable and collaboratively set goals.
