I served those who served us in military social work. My path has been shaped by a commitment to building stronger communities through therapeutic support, one person at a time.

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your current concerns, goals, and what you hope to achieve. This is a safe space for you to share openly, and there's no pressure to reveal more than you're comfortable with.
