I'm a bilingual therapist who has practiced across diverse cultural settings. This background allows me to work effectively with clients from many different cultural backgrounds and with a wide variety of lived experiences.
My focus
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mood concerns. I also support people navigating life transitions such as separation and divorce, family conflict, co-parenting challenges, medical diagnosis, grief and bereavement, and other life-altering experiences.
My approach
I use an eclectic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approach. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
