My journey to mental healthcare

My interest in being a psychologist started when I had my triplets, and a year and a half later, my fourth child. I didn't expect so many emotions that could arise out of my situation. However, I had the best nutritionist, doctors, nurses, & caregivers, but I had never thought of having a therapist, which I think would be a tremendous help for me.

My goals for you

Clients can enter therapy treatment with diverse values, beliefs, expectations, and personalities. I believe goal setting allows both clients and therapists to work together. With an agreement with the client, I create a plan and follow up with a plan of action for the desired goal.
