I create a safe, non-judgmental space to help you work through depression, anxiety, family conflicts, and relationship issues. I use a humanistic, strength-based, collaborative approach. You are the expert of your story, and you have strengths that will help you overcome challenges. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling life.
My focus
I work with people feeling sad, anxious, lonely, angry, with racing thoughts difficult to control. You may keep feelings in for fear of judgment, have communication problems in relationships, difficulty forming connections, or finding the right relationship. I'll teach new coping skills, help change painful thoughts, and increase hopefulness.
My approach
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you recognize thoughts that trigger feelings and behaviors keeping problems unresolved. We'll create a plan together and I'll provide coping tools to navigate stressful situations. My primary focus is your progress and well-being in a safe, supportive space.
