My approach to therapy is eclectic since I believe it is important to use whatever tools best match my client's needs. I tend to lean cognitive behavioral, but modify that as needed.

My communication style

I try to create a safe space for my clients where they can be open about the pain they have experienced and feel protected. I like to work collaboratively in setting goals and developing a treatment plan.
