My focus

I work with adults aged 18 and up from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or a difficult life transition, I can help you establish achievable goals and reconnect with what matters most to you.

My approach

I support my clients with compassion and curiosity, tailoring my therapeutic techniques to their specific needs. I also have extensive training in trauma-informed approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support deeper healing while also providing practical tools you can use in daily life.

My communication style

I offer a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel supported and understood. I value open communication and welcome feedback to help guide your progress. When it fits, I use humor as a supportive tool because I believe it can be healing during difficult times.

My journey to mental healthcare

I’ve worked in the mental health field for more than 10 years with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. It’s been deeply meaningful to witness people find joy, rebuild confidence, and heal from painful experiences. Becoming a parent during this time has also given me a new perspective and a deeper connection to my work.

I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I strive to create a low-pressure, comfortable environment. In our first session, I will work to get to know you and your unique story. I’ll also explain the therapeutic approaches I use and what you can expect during our time together.
