Hi there, I'm Olga!

I have had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, from children to the elderly, across various diagnoses in both inpatient and outpatient settings. It has been an honor to be a part of my clients' recovery, strengthening, and healing journeys.

My focus is on working with individuals facing life's challenges who are seeking clarity, understanding, and skills to navigate through them with courage. I specialize in helping clients with anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ issues, self-esteem, and coping skills.

Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I help clients learn to take control of their focus and thinking, leading to improved mood, sense of self, and true healing.

My journey to mental healthcare

I completed my clinical hours for licensure at a behavioral medicine center. This experience solidified my passion for helping others navigate life's challenges and find healing through the therapeutic process.

In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and collaboratively identify your goals. I will gather relevant background information and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. Most importantly, we will begin building the trust and rapport essential for a productive therapeutic relationship.
