In our time together, we may focus on managing emotions, challenging unhelpful thoughts or behaviors, strengthening skills, understanding attachment patterns, and examining ways to improve your relationships.

I draw from CBT, DBT, EFT, attachment-focused therapy, IFS/parts work, and strengths-based interventions, and tailor care to your needs, goals, and pace. I help you make sense of what you’re feeling, build practical coping tools, and strengthen your emotional resilience.
