Hi there, I'm Robert!

I follow an integrated approach to the therapeutic process. I incorporate strategies from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) while basing my therapeutic orientation on a holistic/person-centered perspective. I work from a mindfulness and strengths-based perspective.

My focus

I have experience working with clients living with the distress that comes with addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, bipolar disorders, and thought disorders. If you are feeling stuck, unsure about your goals, or uncertain about how to move forward, I can help you.

My approach

Creating a safe and healing space for my clients to thrive is my priority. Empowering and supporting my clients to become the best version of themselves is my greatest joy. I believe we could benefit from the support and encouragement of a trained therapist from time to time.
