I communicate in a calm, kind, and supportive way, and I like to bring in a sense of humor when it feels right. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I offer honest feedback when it's useful, but always in a thoughtful and non-judgmental way.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been drawn to understanding people's experiences and what shapes their behavior. That curiosity, combined with a deep sense of empathy, led me to the field of therapy. I became a therapist because I want people to feel understood and not alone.

I believe therapy is most effective when it's a collaborative process. Together, we'll identify goals that feel meaningful to you and use them to guide our work in a focused and supportive way.

Our first session

That first meeting is about getting to know you—what's going on in your life, what's bringing you in, and what you hope to work on. I'll ask questions to understand your background and experiences. I also like to hear what you hope therapy will be like, so we can make sure it feels like the right fit.
