Hi there, I'm Victoria!

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming — especially if you’ve spent years feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or trapped. You may be carrying the effects of trauma, chronic stress, or narcissistic abuse while trying to hold everything together. If that sounds familiar, you are not alone, and healing is possible.

My focus

I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, trauma, relationship wounds, and the lasting impact of emotionally abusive relationships, whether those are with family or partners. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in survival mode. Together, we will work to help you feel safer, more confident, and more connected to who you truly are.

My approach

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where you feel genuinely seen and understood without judgment. I believe therapy should feel supportive and empowering, not clinical or cold. I focus deeply on emotional safety, self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and practical tools you can use in everyday life.
