My communication style

I use a strength-based and trauma-focused approach, encouraging reflection and open communication. I bring a collaborative and relaxed approach to our work together, but I am direct in a way that is always respectful and supportive.

My journey to mental healthcare

I knew I wanted to enter the Mental Health Field since high school. I have always connected well with people and enjoy supporting others in reaching their goals. After obtaining my degree and thoroughly enjoying my educational experience as well as my internship in non-profit mental health, I knew I had made the correct decision.

My goals for you

Goals are discussed during our first session, and we collaborate to break down big goals into smaller, manageable steps so that they feel realistic and achievable. I believe change happens one step at a time, rather than all at once, and goals should feel attainable, not overwhelming.

Our first session will focus on identifying areas of focus to address your current needs and the barriers impacting your ability to reach your goals. I also hope to get to know what brings you joy and how you currently navigate your day-to-day.
