Hi there, I'm Bethanie!

Life is hard, but these days, it feels even harder. It is not uncommon to feel overwhelmed to the point of feeling stuck. This can lead to feelings of depression, anxiety, guilt, and even hopelessness. My hope is to help you get unstuck, connect to yourself, and feel excited about your life.

My focus

I support those struggling with a variety of issues such as decision making, critical thoughts about oneself, social anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and chronic illness. I hope to support you in understanding yourself and your needs better. Hopefully, you leave feeling better and having more self acceptance.

My approach

Every person is different and I believe in tailoring therapy to your needs. I incorporate a variety of modalities like mindfulness, somatic work, CBT, ACT, self-compassion, and trauma processing. We'll talk about what has worked and doesn't work for you, and figure out what works best for you.
