My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I’ve seen how unprocessed trauma, addiction, and burnout quietly derail strong people. What keeps me passionate is watching clients reclaim clarity, confidence, and connection. Change is possible—even when you’ve been stuck for years.
