I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in San Francisco, working statewide via Telehealth. I have over two decades of experience working with adolescents, adults and older adults who are experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, self-esteem, & confidence.

We will work together to identify what is keeping you feeling stuck and find ways to assist you to move forward in regaining your feeling of balance and confidence.
My approach
As a psychotherapist, I use a dynamic approach to create a safe space to explore what are the issues you struggle with to offer you a path forward. Together, we will work to address your immediate concerns while looking at possible childhood issues which have created barriers for you to feel happy and content in your daily life.
