Hi there, I'm Roderick!

I have enjoyed working primarily with kids of all ages and their families. I worked with foster kids and their foster families. I have gotten much positive feedback over the years for my work, from supervisors, colleagues, kids, and their other family members and have found it to be very rewarding.

My focus

I typically work with kids of all ages, including various family members that are indicated as an essential part of the process of improving. I'm most comfortable with helping those who've experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral issues, anger, autism, self-esteem issues, and communication problems.

My approach

I focus primarily on the practical solutions that I will help my clients come up with, in order to confront and work through their challenges. I have much experience with most types of children's disorders, including trauma. I commonly use TF-CBT, Somatic Experiencing, CBT, and empathetic listening.
