I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship conflicts. I'm also comfortable addressing parenting concerns, life transitions, and men's issues.

I use a humanistic, client-centered, strength-based approach. I want to know not only your symptoms but also your strengths and potential. My work is trauma-informed and attachment-based, and I frequently use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you become more mindful and overcome obstacles.

Our first session

In the first session, I'm going to ask questions. I must learn about you and what you're experiencing so that I can create a plan to treat your condition. I'll ask about your symptoms, history, family relationships, and more. After the first session, I'll ask fewer questions and listen more.
