Beginning therapy is a brave step, and I'm here to help make it feel grounded, supportive, and transformative. I work with adults, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic.

I work with individuals, teens, and couples facing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, grief, or disconnection. I especially value working with BIPOC and Latinx clients, Spanish-speaking individuals, and those from marginalized communities. Together, we create space for clarity, resilience, and deeper connections.

My style is relational, integrative, and client-centered. I tailor each session to your needs using CBT, IFS, ACT, SFT, MI, mindfulness, interpersonal therapy, and psychodynamic work—always with a trauma-informed and culturally affirming lens. Our work will be guided by compassion, curiosity, and your inner wisdom.
