My communication style

My communication style is to engage with clients to get a better understanding of how they are affected by difficult situations in their life. I provide a comfortable space for clients to talk about anything, and I assign homework or suggest coping strategies.

My journey to mental healthcare

I entered this field because I wanted to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Helping individuals navigate challenges and build resilience has been deeply rewarding, and I continue to grow alongside the clients I serve.

I help clients reach their goals by working collaboratively to identify what matters most to them. We break down larger objectives into manageable steps, practice new skills together, and adjust our approach as needed to ensure progress feels achievable and sustainable.

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your current concerns, goals, and background. This is also your opportunity to ask questions and see if we're a good fit.
