Many people come to therapy knowing why they struggle, yet still feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or tense. I specialize in working with adults whose trauma, anxiety, stress, or depression live at the nervous system level. I work with adults impacted by trauma, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional numbness, or ongoing stress. Many feel stuck despite insight or past therapy. I support clients in healing trauma at the nervous system level so life feels safer, steadier, and more manageable.

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and paced to your needs. I tailor therapy to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and less overwhelmed, using EMDR, somatic therapy, IFS-informed/Parts work, Deep Brain Reorienting, and clinical hypnosis to support lasting change.

My communication style is calm, non-judgmental, and direct. I listen closely to what’s said and what shows up in the body, offering clear, gentle feedback and guidance. Sessions emphasize collaboration, clarity, and pacing so clients feel safe and supported.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path into mental health work was shaped by my own experiences with therapy and healing, which gave me deep respect for the process of change. Clinical training and client work strengthened my trauma‑informed focus, and I’m motivated by helping people feel safer, more grounded, and more connected.
