My approach to therapy is empowering and affirming. It is my priority to increase confidence, esteem, and self-image. I like a psychodynamic approach to therapy which means I help clients to identify the root cause of beliefs and behaviors.

I implement a gentle, but directive communication style. I will ask open-ended questions, utilize active listening, and share observations or empathy when needed.
