Hi there, I'm Natasha!

Hi there! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, teens, and young adults. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent, highly sensitive, and insecurely attached individuals in building self-understanding, confidence, and connection.

My focus

I work with children, teens, and young adults who often feel misunderstood, anxious, depressed, or overwhelmed by their emotions. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or struggle with self-esteem and attachment wounds. I help them build confidence, self-understanding, and healthier ways to connect with others.

My approach

My approach to therapy is compassionate, creative, and collaborative. I encourage all my clients to discover their resilience through their creativity and often utilize experiential methods (art, play, working with animals, and other expressive activities) in our work together.

My communication style

My communication style is warm, collaborative, and honest. I balance compassionate curiosity with gentle directness and a touch of humor when it fits. I'm real and down-to-earth in my approach, but always intentional and goal-focused in helping clients create meaningful change.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a neurodivergent daughter of immigrants, I often grew up feeling unseen and misunderstood. Those experiences inspired me to become the kind of therapist I needed then: someone who listens deeply and makes room for all parts of you. When I began working with neurodivergent youth, I saw how powerful it is to feel truly understood and supported.

My goals for you

I help clients clarify what change looks like for them, whether that’s improving communication, setting boundaries, or feeling more at peace within themselves. We'll collaborate to identify patterns, explore the emotions driving them, and practice new ways of relating that feel authentic and sustainable.

During your first session, we'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, your personal history, and your goals for therapy. You can expect warmth, curiosity, and zero judgment: my goal is for you to leave feeling understood, grounded, and clear about your next steps.
