My focus
I work with clients struggling with anxiety and depression, often including suicidal ideation. This may manifest as feeling down most of the time, having trouble with daily motivation, or struggling at work, school, and in social interactions. Clients may also struggle maintaining healthy relationships and feel anxious in specific situations.
My approach
I mainly use Psychodynamic therapy with a heavy attachment lens, as well as Internal Family Systems. I help clients explore the origin of their thoughts and feelings, working from the inside out to find the core of issues and create lasting change.
