I am a very down-to-earth person and supportive in helping you reach your goals. I am active in session, providing feedback and helping you to develop better ways for coping with issues you may encounter.

My focus

I don't believe I have an "ideal" client. The fact that someone is coming to therapy is usually a strong indicator to me that they are receptive to the process.

My approach is to first hear about your struggles and to be straightforward using a cognitive-behavioral approach that is unique to you.

I believe I set a very safe and relaxed tone, very authentic, and open in my communication style.

As simple as it sounds, since I was young, I have always had a desire to help people.

My goals for you

My approach is to listen closely to what an individual is hoping to get out of therapy, and if they are not exactly sure, then together we can formulate a goal that works for them.
