I focus on working with clients from marginalized and disenfranchised communities. I work with clients from the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC communities, recovering people pleasers, survivors of narcissistic abuse, and those wanting to release themselves from years of trauma.
My approach
As a generational trauma therapist, I use an EMDR-focused lens to help my clients overcome parental wounds and trauma. I use different aspects of EMDR therapy and somatic approaches to overcome trauma held in your body. In addition, I focus on attachment ruptures from early childhood.
