I am passionate about supporting all of my clients through life challenges in order to experience healing and growth in their lives. I specialize in helping clients address their trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for helping others who struggle with life transitions, trauma, and mental health led me to become a therapist. During my undergraduate education, I worked with children, youth, and foster parents. It is where I recognized the need for having a supportive person to help teach coping skills and validate life's challenging experiences.
