I am passionate about empowering children, teens, parents, and families to develop tools and insight for inner balance and quality of life. Sometimes we feel hopeless and overwhelmed with life's challenges. In therapy, we can work together to alleviate that weight, heal pain and suffering, and enhance your inner strengths.

I work with teens, parents, and families navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, self-esteem, body image, anger management, substance abuse, grief, loss, life transitions, and strengthening family, parent-child, and romantic relationships.
My approach
My approach is empathetic and client-centered, varying based on your individual needs. I use somatic awareness, psychoeducation, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavior Therapy to help you heal and grow.
