My focus

I have a diverse range of experience in counseling. I specialize in working with First Responders as well as have experience in working with the following: adolescents, couples, men, women, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar, and schizoaffective disorders.

I am familiar with various therapeutic modalities: CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, and Client-Centered. I will provide you with the guidance, tools, and resources you need to navigate your personal journey towards a happier and more fulfilling life.

My journey to mental healthcare

At the age of 14, my mother became a foster parent, where she fostered numerous children who were exposed to drugs and alcohol during pregnancy. Many of these children suffered from developmental, emotional, and mental health challenges. This was the start of my passion for serving in mental health.
