Hi there, I'm Carol!

I help clients recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. I also work with individuals facing challenges related to eating disorders and substance use.

My focus

I work with diverse populations in addressing mental health concerns, eating disorders, and substance use disorders.

My approach

I primarily use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness, Art Therapy, and solution-focused and strength-based approaches.
