I'm calm, empathic, and supportive, but I continually challenge your beliefs about yourself in a kind and playful way. I guide deep self-exploration to identify the roots of personality and behavioral patterns through image and memory work with role-plays.

My journey to mental healthcare

I come from a law enforcement family and initially pursued that path. After working successfully in finance, I realized the pursuit of money felt hollow. I wanted to focus on interpersonal relationships and life experiences, so I became a forensic psychologist to explore people deeply.

My goals for you

Therapy is never about the therapist. I start by identifying your personal goals. I often provide a schema questionnaire that identifies core unconscious patterns influencing how you navigate day-to-day experiences and relationships.

My goal is to develop a supportive relationship and explore your needs and goals. It's also a time for you to ask questions about the therapeutic process and what outcomes you can expect from our work together.
