Hi there, I'm Shada!

I work with adults and couples and specialize in depression, anxiety, stress, and substance abuse. I primarily work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but see myself as more of an eclectic provider depending on what the patient needs, and my goal is to meet patients where they are at.

My focus

I am open to working with anyone who is looking to better themselves and unlock their potential. I do have experience with both psychiatric issues and substance abuse.

My approach

My approach varies based on the needs of each patient I work with. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rogerian, as both modalities help me and the patient build a path to work together to move forward.
