I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I take a client-centered approach where I tailor our sessions to address your needs and goals. I provide a safe and supportive space for you to just be yourself.

My focus

I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or trying to understand how to live life as their true self. I will support you on your journey in learning how to navigate life and personal growth. I have a passion for working with the BIPOC community, especially the APIDA community.

My approach

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR. I also integrate art and narrative therapy for those who prefer expressing themselves creatively. I adapt these approaches to meet your needs, considering your life experiences, culture, and identity.

My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up witnessing how mental health is often dismissed in diverse ethnic communities. I started to see how generational trauma affects our minds, bodies, and souls. These experiences fueled my passion to become a therapist who can connect and support individuals with diverse backgrounds.
