I firmly believe that healing begins when we face our deepest wounds with courage and support. With years of experience and a genuine passion for helping others, I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your mental health issues at your own pace.

My focus

I am experienced working with clients from ages 12-95. Outside of my work with addictions and trauma, I often work with people experiencing difficulty with life transitions. I find therapy to be extremely beneficial in resolving the anxieties that can arise with evolving roles and responsibilities.

My approach

Through evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I aim to empower you to regain control over your life, foster resilience, and cultivate healthier coping mechanisms.
